Check that your apps have been updated to the lasted version @alisaraf
A good process of elimination is to put the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps but leaves the stock apps working which can help determine if some apps are causing this.
If things are OK in Safe Mode then come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time.
If it continues in Safe Mode then perhaps clear the phones system cache files by turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button pressing go into the System Files and clear the cache files.
A last resort would be to back up and factory reset.
