So guys, I sent my phone to Samsung Care Center and they actually did pretty good job on this. They were fast, they were caring. Only issue was the lady I talked with phone. She was a bit mean but understandable.
So according to the report they sent me, 2 parts changed:
1-) A/S-Tape Back Cover OUT;A99200 - 1 Piece
2-) ASSY SUB PBA-FPCB- 1 Piece
and I am not getting any errors, looks like the final solution.

Hi guys and gals,
I have been getting that notification, and it keeps my phone awake, drains it's battery and making my life miserable. I was thinking to go Samsung's authorized service place; (I am in college, in a different city from my family so they have the phone's bill and box) waiting for the package from my family.
Anyway, my phone said there is a Security Update, October.
.. I just updated it and Poff.. The notification error was no longer there. It's been 2 hours and maybe they handled it finally.
I will update this post after 6 hours but I think you should all just update now.

I have the same f***ing problem
I called the samsung service and they said it's a hardware problem but i doubt it be!
Now i dont know either change my charging port or flash my phone!?
Plz help me out guyz!

I would suggest changing firmware versions.
Or if you r ok then simply root n flash a custom rom havoc os is good.

Yup havoc os worked for me
Later on when the askj version came i flashed it n then the bug disappeared

Had this issue myself, done a trouble shoot with the online service which didnt work, took it to my local Samsung repair centre and they confirmed the usb port was corroded. Phone was still in warranty so no charge was given to repair/change it, was done within two hours and the issue has been fixed

I just went to samsung service Paris opera and according to the technician who has already seen this kind of problem it would be a motherboard problem to replace.
He flashed my phone but the problem was still present ...
so I left my phone for them to do the repairs and I get it back tomorrow.
I will inform you.
I remain however convinced that the problem is software but we will see, we are VERY NUMEROUS to face this type of problem and not only in France.
