On all previous smartphones i have pluged them using a mini usb cable to my desktop and an option to choose "transfer files" has always come up. Once selected an image of the phone appears on WMP and music can be synced.
When i do this with my A71 using usb c no invitation to "transfer files" is shown at all. I currently have a six month old 128gb SD card bought from Amazon which plays the 40gb of musc fine... i just cannot work out how to add more
Please help!!
