Samsung a50 screen glich

My brothers a50 started having screen problems about a hour ago and a half of the screen is White if there Is a fix I would love to know because he has to use my old phone and I haven't had this problem with any of my other Samsung phones and he has not dropped it.

This looks like a hardware glitch.

May I assune it's not had an accidental bump or water ingress.

If not then your going to need to contact your countries Samsung Support Department to see if this is covered under the Samsung warranty.

I think it is water because when I checked the Sim card slot the water indicator was red

So if the water indicators are tripped i.e changed colour from white to red then water is the ussue which isn't covered under the terms of the Samsung Manufacturing Warranty unfortunately.
