Samsung Galaxy A50 dont work with GoPro! Its a mess

Samsung galaxy A50 is really bad dont conect whit my GoPro its such a big problem. When i bought my phone i dont think about this, because i dont have any problem with my old Samsung Galaxy A5 (2015).  If someone have the key tell us. GoPro and Samsung we need help!

Same problem!! Gopro 7 dont work with Samsung A50.

I have just recieved my a50 and I too cannot connect to gopro app properly . Says connected but can't access media or camera function. Phone will have to go back if this isn't  fixed!
