Samsung A70 Touch Issue

First of all what is wrong with you Samsung?? We paid for a functional phone yet we received a phone with touch issues which is a major problem because that is the most important thing for a phone without the touch capability the phone is useless. You guys are a multi-billion dollar company and yet it's taking you guys forever to fix this. FIX YOUR ***** A70 PHONES BEFORE YOU GUYS LAUNCH THE ***** THING

This comment doesn't say anything about what your problems are, just that you have touch issues a quite rightly upset.
But it's not very constructive.

Are you talking about lag in touch response, ghost touch or something else?
