I can make video calls no problem but cant recieve them. The ringtone rings but the screen doesn't change it just stays on homescreen or what ever I happen to be using at the time. The missed call does not register. This only happens on the phone app other apps work fine. Software up to date and tried turning off/on settings seem to be ok. It isn't the carrier either. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA
