Sorry I'm not suing your model of phone but would like to mention a setting on my Note 9 that stops accidental touches.
Settings - Display - Accidental Touch Protection.
If you have this in your settings and its not toggled On then perhaps consider activating it.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
