I recently either lost or had my phone stolen. I was wondering if there was any possible way at all to track it's last location without being able to access it.

Hi Mollie28,

Do you have a Samsung account setup on your phone?

As long as its turned On then using the available methods via your Samsung Account / findmysamsung can give an idea where it is.

Please take into consideration that you should be also asking your network to block the sim card to stop unauthorised usage thus stopping costs to you.

Unfortunately when they imei block the phone thrn you wouldn't be able to track it.

I hope you had adequate insurance.

If you ring the phone what happens  ?

If nothing then there's a good chance its turned off or been turned off and the sim card dumped.

I wish you all the best with this situation.
