Galaxy A30 gestures navigation lags after Q update

I recently updated to Android 10 on my A30 and the recents panel and navigation gestures are laggy and animations glitch. Is this a bug or is there a fix for it

After update, the phone lags. Pubg isnt as smooth as before, instagram is loading slowly, everything is lagging. Help please :

...is not lag...the gestures are "auto blocked" now even with the option to block it turned off...., you *have* to swipe 2 times to work...
