Fingerprint Scanner issue on Samsung Galaxy A50

Fingerprint scanner is not working again after the update of software last month. I can no longer use the fingerprint sensor on my Samsung Galaxy A50 phone. Can someone please help me out with this problem.

Maybe try deleting your fingerprints and reset them back up @Mike451 

 

A Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test on the phone.

 

 

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung Phone User.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Since the update it no longer works and I haven't been able to find a solution.

Try switching to a different phone, that's the only fix lol

I am facing the issue even now which started right after the update.
