I have just had my phone A70 fixed for multiple other errors (only bought this new from samsung last month!!) Phone has been returned but the fingerprint biometric will not enable, I have tried a safe mode restart, phone has just had a factory reset so no cache. Absolutely let down with this phone continuously... any help?

If you've already tried a Factory reset, we'd need to get the phone in for an inspection. Give Samsung a call on 0330 726 7864 or alternatively head to one of our Support Centres here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
