I've been facing this problem for 3 months.
when I updated my Galaxy A6+ to Android 9 Pie a yellow tint applied on my phone.
Today I finallyfound the solution!
This problem is caused by Google Play Books !!!!!
If you don't have it, install it first.
Then search for a free e-book and start reading it.
At the top right of the screen you can see the "Aa" icon.
Click on it and from there go to the "night light" setting
Turn off "night light".
Congratulations! You've done it.
