Yesterday, a samsung customer servise from turkey, namely MTA electronics Bakirkoy istanbul, said that our technicians found no abnormality about this phone... )).

Also experts from MTA electronics from turkey at front said that you are right there is a connection problem but according to technicians this device is working according to factory standards. Unbelievable.

Galaxy A51 is garbage. I wasted my time and money.
From the beginning, I advocated the Samsung phone; after this experience, I lost my trust in Samsung phones.

Hi all,

 

I've let our software team know about this one. Can anyone experiencing this issue send error reports with log files via the Members app as soon as it happens please?

 

Samsung Members > Get Help > Send Feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > attach a description and tick ‘send system log data’ > Send.

(Or: Long-press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen, and select Error reports from the dropdown menu, etc.)

Thanks for the response. I tried to submit feedback, but the members app wouldn't let me. It says am not located in the US. I am located in Amman, Jordan.

@YousefOmar , No worries.   I can only accurately speak for Samsung UK & Ireland, but the Members app should be supported in your region/country: https://www.samsung.com/levant/apps/samsung-members/. Might be worth getting in touch with your local Samsung Support services though.

Looks like this problem is widely reported among A51 users. Is there an alternative way I can capture the system logs for you?
