Hello,
I've always enjoyed my Samsung smart phones, but not my new A51. I have a serious problem with bluetooth. Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting and/or stuttering. I have a feeling its software is buggy. Has anyone faced this issue and if yes, do you know of a solution? I have updated the software to the latest version.
** Further updates (4-Feb-2020): today while playing an audio book on my bluetooth headset (Samsugn Level U), voice disappeared and I could only hear noise; I had to restart the phone to resolve the issue (back to Windows 98 theme); I hope Samsung can resolve this asap. It is a serious issue.
** Update (10-Feb-2020): i have just installed the update A515FXXU2ATA8/A515FOJM2ATB1/A515FXXU2ATA8 size: 351.39 MB (dated: Feb 1, 2020). will start testing and provide updates in a few days.
** Update (14-Feb-2020): after a few days of testing, I can confirm the Bluetooth issues no longer exist. I have been playing Bluetooth audio and no disconnections or stuttering occurs.

I'd rather keep my airpods. They worked fine with the other Android devices. But what is the difference, maybe the codec?

on my samsung S9+ the airpods work just fine, can try on a S8, pretty sure it's also working. strange...

Tomorrow my coallegue from work will bring galaxy buds to test. I will keep you updated. I am going to return the phone in any case.

This was the last time I bought SAMSUNG's any product. After this I am shifting to Huawei and would like everyone to do the same.
iT JUST DOESN'T CONNECT EASILY WITH ANY BLUETOOTH DEVICE, YOU HAVE TO RESTART THE PHONE IN ORDER TO CONNECT IT WITH THE CAR OR ANY SPEAKERS.
Last night I was driving and the map was on and I was on call with my family when suddenly the phone restarted itself out of nowhere. SAMSUNG YOU TOOK ALL YOUR TRUST AWAY AND THE BEST PART IS YOUR SERVICE CENTER WAS SAYING THEY WILL REPAIR THE CELL PHONE AND WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO DO THAT.

just updated my A51 via SmartSwitch on PC, the update didnt show up on the OTA yet (Indonesia) but when i check the SmartSwitch Apps theres an update available (ATB1 / ATB2 / ATA8) 4GB size on the SmartSwitch, the bluetooth disconnecting / stuttering seems to be fixed, also the camera white balanced seems to be "corrected" not as off as before

i'm facing the bluetooth connection issue too. it's being a frustating weeks, reseting, troubleshooting, etc etc. then, when i switch off the wifi, then it works perfectly

I got the new firmware *security patch feb,2020*. Still had bluetooth issue but the frequency dicrease. I think samsung had to consider this problem, this was small problem but really annoying. Samsung please solve this problem quick
