I deleted the chash memory from the recovery menu, I reset it but it still looks like this when I turn it on

hi my phone is experiencing the same thing. it turned off after indicating 5% battery and its been hours since i charged it and it still wont turn on. it keeps showing the icon from the pic above. my phone model is A10.
