Can you try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @SammyUser101
If this continues then the next steps I would take would be.....
1. Clear the phones system files cache by turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache. No personal info is lost.
2. Put the phone in Safe Mode which disables any downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.
3. Back up , remove any relevant Sd card and Factory reset.
4. See a diagnostic via a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
