Google assistant with new gestures

Normally to access Google assistant with the new gestures (swipe from sides and bottom)  you have to swipe from the bottom corners diagonally upwards to bring up the assistant. But it turns out you can just swipe upwards from the corners as well to bring up the assistant which ai prefer because it works every single time and doesn't feel as awkward to activate as it would diagonally.

Thanks for sharing your opinion with us . Personally, I do not use this feature much, but when I do it I swipe from the bottom corners diagonally upwards to bring the assistant, because simple swiping upwards from the corners not always works for me ..
