laptop stuck on boot

i have got a samsung r519 windows 7 when i turn it on nothing loads it wont let me start windows normally when i click on the repair windows it just freezes and crashes when i press f8 and try to put in safe mode it just crashes and restarts laptop when i click f4 it brins up the samsung recovery soultion 4 please wait screen and again crashes on that screen does anyone know of anything i can do to get my laptop working again
