Scan to email on C480FFW

Hi all. I've just bought a C480FW colour laser and am having problems getting the Scan to Email feature working. It says that there is an SMTP server error, but I can't find anywhere how to change the SMTP server settings.

Anyone have any idea on how to get to correct this ?
