Office phone OfficeServe DS-5014S - how to access phone log?

Hi there,

I need to keep a log of received calls at work, am new to my role and do not have a manual for the Samsung OfficeServ DS-5014S telephone -I can only find the manual for the DS-50145D online..does anyone have access to a manual or can advise me how to access the call log - none of the buttons have IDs?!

I came across a User Guidefor the DS-5014S here, but exactly how your phone operates will depend on how it was set up by the installers at your place, so I'd advise finding out who they were and getting in touch with them (and possibly your work's IT folks and network provider).
