Soundbar hw-300 not discoverable by cell phone

Hi,

I have a hw-300 soundbar which was working fine when I connected it to my cell phone or my TV. Suddenly, it stopped being able to connect to the cell phone. It still connects to the tv, but not to the cellphone. I tried using a different cell phone and it has the same problem, the soundbar isn't discoverable. Do you have any clue?

Hope you're having a fab morning. Which phone are you trying to connect to your soundbar? Have you changed the source on your soundbar to Bluetooth before attempting to connect it to your phone?
