Hey guys!
i just picked up a new home theatre system, my very first and a huge upgrade from my LG sound bar.
The problem im having is my rear speakers are insanely quiet, but I’m test mode it works just fine, secondly the subwoofer works fine in test mode but absolutely nothing is produced when anything is played outside test mode.
Current set set up is HDMI from Apple TV 4th gen to the receiver, then HDMI out to the tv for picture.
Samsung customer support just told me to unplug it and plug it back in, then told me to send it in for repairs. I’m sure I’m missing a simple step but I’m frustrated and confused here. Any ideas?
