Hello
I want to connect my B(lue)t(ooth) hearing device to my TV and that's no prob.
Multi Sound on and yes, sound through TV speakers & hearing device.
When I try to listen through the soundbar (TV speakers off), the TV stated that there are to many devices connected.
The soundbar is connected through HDMI3 (ARC); HDMI1 = chromecast & HDMI2 = topbox
Is there a way to manage it in a way that my wife can listen through the Sound Bar and I through my hearing device??
Thx for getting back to me

Hi @Arie_Baars. Can you tell me the model numbers of your TV and soundbar? Have you tried connecting the soundbar using an optical cable?

Will try optical
SBar = K450
TV = UE40JU6400

optical is not an option
sound volume button on tv remote acts on hearing device

Thanks for getting back to me, @Arie_Baars. I was hoping the soundbar has optic out as TV's can only accept one Bluetooth device at a time. There may be a way to connect multiple devices using the Multiroom Hub, but it would be best to speak with a Product Specialist, to see if this is possible. They can be reached by calling 0330 726 7864.
