Hi, 

 

im having issues updating my firmware of one of my two R1 speakers, one updated without issues and the other one won't update, currently stuck on 3108.08.

 

yes, I have done a hard reset with the mode button, but this didn't help or solve my issue to update.

Hi, since my other one did update, I haven't yet thought of uninstalling it. I will uninstall it tonight and give it a go.

Hello friends, how are you? I have problem in my cashier. It no longer connects to Wi-Fi. A message appears to use a pinto but can not type. I am not able to update the firmware and I did not have support from Samsung Brasil. If anyone can help, I appreciate it. Cashier, Screenshot_20170515-010648.png
