Hi All,
I have bought one of the new flagship Q90R soundbars, after being literally blown away at a demo in PC World UK.
However, I am bitterly disappointed with audio issues at home.
Issues:
Sub either does not pump anything out, or cuts in and out randomly.
Rear audio is non existant. Or very quiet.
Tried factory reset, manual pairing, firmware updates, and moving speakers closer to main unit.
Audio sources are:
Xbox One X over HDMI - Choosing dolby atmos, and trying 7.1 uncompressed.
Bluetooth 4.0 (From Xperia XZ3 and Huawei P30 Pro
Spotify (Wifi)
For £1500 I'm really disappointed with the user experience. I had issues getting Smartthings to install the soundbar too and had to factory reset the bar to get it connected to the Wifi.
Help!

There is 1008 in samsung.com/us/support.(Whilst the UK's is 1007.9)
When updated Q90R using it, the issue disapeared just after around 5 minutes update.
