Samsung Multiroom Audio Sources

I purchased two Samusung M5 Multiroom Speakers (SPK-WAM550/XA) and one Samusung M7 Multiroom Speakers (SPK-WAM750/XA) a few months back. 

I have only three online music sources available on these devices (see images below)

I am trying to use Spotify and Napster as a music source on these Samsung speakers.

Does anyone know how I can add Spotify and Napster if I can only see three online music sources?

Where is your country??  I use the napster no problem..

I am located in South Africa. I have spoken to Samsung Support here in south Africa and the Samsung Customer representative tested the iphone  6 in their Lab with the Samsung Multiroom Speakers (on the South African Apple App Store) and he was able to get 12 online music sources including Napster and Spotify.

I have the same setup but my system only show the three online music sources.

I have updated the Samsung Multirrom speakers to the latest firmware version.

I have also installed the latest Samsung Multi room app on my iphone6.

Samsung Support has not been able to provide me with a solution yet.

Any ideas?

Hmm.... In my thinking ... I guess that the speaker isn't South Africa model..maybe...

Could you tell Samsung support.. My friend has lived South America,, his speaker is same..he can't use Napster..

Compare with model name of your speaker and the Samsung customer speaker..
