Samsung MS550 Wireless dropping connection

Hi,

I have a Samsung MS550 sound bar, i have set this up on the wifi, but when I switch on the TV it's not connecting nor when I change it to mutliroom it will not connect.

I have discconnected from the Wifi and reconnected but I am still having the same iusse.

Anyway that this can be resolved?

Hi @gavins85 

What's the make and model code of your TV and Wi-Fi? Does the Soundbar connect to the TV when it's not connected to the Wi-Fi?
