I was wondering if anyone else has encounter an issue with the My5 app on the M7500??
It's saying the milkshake app needs updating but their is no actual update to find, I've reinstalled the app several times but still won't work.
I have a Samsung blu ray, and cannot watch the My5 app. It says we need to update, however no updates are available. Have previous issues been resolved from December 2018?
I'm having this same problem with the My5 app on a BD-H6500. When loading the app it tells me it's outdated and to download a new version but no updates are available.
Resetting the Smarthub made no difference.
