I bought Airpods last week there's only 1 working when I set um up on the Bluetooth there both set up and still only 1 works all the time are they meant to be like that or will i be better off send'n um back

@Timmy106: Are you referring to the Galaxy Buds? If so, what phone are you connecting the buds to? Also, are you using the Galaxy Wearables app to establish a connection? Can you try connecting the buds to another compatible device, a friend or family members, to see if the issue persists?

Having the exact same issue. Not Samsung branded buds. Cant connect perfectly to device but only audio is played through one bud at a time. Any idea on how to fix?
