Lateral distance from HW-Q90R soundbar to Wall

Hi,

I am thinking of buying this soundbar, and I wonder if there is any issue if the bar is close to the wall laterally. The lateral left speaker of th ebar would be at around 25 cm from the wall. Would that impact too negatively in the surround effect or distort it at all?

It would be quite difficult for us to give a definitive answer to this as other factors may come in to play, such as, positioning of nearby furniture, size of room, etc. The ideal positioning of the Soundbar and speakers is shown on page 6 of the user manual here, but we understand that this may not always be possible.
