HW80R annoying lip sync problem

I have a HW80R attached to my Q90R.  Sound is great when I stream but when I watch Spectrum cable there is an annoying lip sync problem.  I’ve called Samsung support and they are worthless.   Any suggestions?

Hi @oinchats 

Have you tried adjusting the 'Audio Delay' of the TV? Go to Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Audio Delay.

I tried adjusting through settings-sound -expert  and also on sound bar and it did not resolve the problem.   I am not sure if  I am doing it correctly on the sound bar.    I toggle to sync and then up and down  but it only goes to +6.   Then I toggled to sync and pressed enter then toggled up and it stopped at +6.  I thought it could go to +300.   I also toggled (-) but it stopped at -6 or -12.
