HW-N960 volume "explodes" when adjusting volume on iPhone

Hello.
First topic here, and sorry if it's done before - didn't find any though.

So I just recently bought my HW-N960 soundbar. Installed it upstairs and at the moment it's only for music (as I'm still waiting for my TV to arrive). I connected it to the WIFI and tried to play music from Spotify on my iPhone.

I set the soundbar volume to 20, and it all sounded nice.

However, when I wanted to adjust the volume just a bit, I pressed the volume up button on my iPhone just once, and the whole soundbar jumped to volume 44 (or something). To say the least, it gave both me and my neighbours a scare!
Same on my second attempt, after lowering the volume.

Is this a bug, or is it something I'm missing?
Any help appreciated - thanks!
Best regards,
Thomas Elgar

Hi @ThomasElgar: When you adjusted the volume, did you do it via Spotify itself, or do you have the iPhone set up as a remote? Have you tried playing music through the soundbar with another app to see if the issue persists?
