HW N300 Soundbar Issue

My Sound bar keeps dropping out, I press D.IN and it come back on and plays for a few mins and drops out again. Any ideas out there?? Thanks in advance

it may be that your Soundbar needs a software update. Have a look at page 27 of the user guide, to find out how to do this.

Looks like I bought one from a faulty batch, the circuit board needed changing and the repair shop told me that they had another in for repair from the same shop and the same age. Working fine now since repair. Thanks for all of the advice

i am having the same issue with cuts on the optical connection, very frustrating to try and solve.

Hi bought it from Curry's & PC World, had to take it to an authorised repairer who fixed it under warranty, they told me it was a common issue
