If your technicians want to contact me directly I will have some faith this is being looked at, but before then I am sorry but I can't keep on like this and need to escalate this myself.
I can give your tech guys an absolutely detailed breakdown of when the issues appeared and the effects of the firmware problems, or if they choose they can come to my home address and see first hand what the firmware update has done.
Just an idea....... Would you mind posting a link to the US latest forum thread on this thread so the UK moderators can see this is a problem in the US as well.?
I think this forum automatically removes all posts with URL links. Probably a protection for unwanted advertising links.

Could you please confirm why sharing URL's on this forum from other Samsung forums requires their removal with no explanation?
This is not an automatic system doing this as I attached it as a photo not a text link.
I don't mind if you have rules for this if they are explained; it's a shame samsung are not as quick to admit issue with firmware.

Edit: I now have your CEO's email address (Mr Sang Ho Jo and Mr Oh-Hyun Kwon) who seem to advocate direct contact with them when customer support is failing.
I am also contacting Andy Griffiths President at Samsung Electronics UK and Ireland who is based at the chertsey Head office I will be visiting this week.
