HT-J5500 Home Theater showing 'not available' message suddenly

Hi,

i was using my home theater, connected to my TV with an optical cable, and all was fine. But suddenly, the sound stopped, and every time I try  to change the sound level, the home theater showing the message 'Not available'. The issue is the same event with native board app such as youtube.

The only thing that is working is the FM station ... 

I tryed to reboot, update, reset. Nothing make it better.

If you have any idea about this before I call the support center it will be appreciable.

I can add this to the issue :
"Not Available" appears on
screen.
~ The feature is unavailable or the action cannot be completed at this time because:
1. The Blu-ray/DVD disc's software restricts it.
2. The Blu-ray/DVD disc's software doesn’t support the feature (e.g., angles)
3. The feature is not available at the moment.
4. You’ve requested a title or chapter number or search time that is out of range

This come from this official manual and for my case, nothing of this is concerning me ...

Anyone encoutered this issue ? It still happening, I c'ant use my home theater at all
