I have a large, open plan area in my house. On one end, there is the TV, the living room, followed by a dining room and a kitchen at the other end. When I'm cooking in the kitchen, I have a hard time hearing the audio from my soundbar, unless I crank the volume up. This deafens anyone in the livingroom closer to the soundbar.
What I'd love is to place an R1 in the kitchen which replicates the sound from the soundbar. That way< i can clearly hear dialogue, etc.
So far, I can only find a way to use the R1 as a rear surround speaker, which doesn't produce a clear centre channel.
I have also tried to group them, but that creates a delay on both devices and makes the sound out of sync with the picture.
is there anything I can do to achieve the desired result?
