Wireless Duo - One Side not Charging S10+

Hi,

I have had my Wireless Duo (flat) charger since Sept/Oct 2019 for use with my S10+ and Active Watch 2. 

However the watch half semes to charge and work fine but the bigger phone part is not registering that I have placed my phone there? Wireless charging is working fine on my phone and when I put it on the smaller/watch half it registers - just not on the bigger/phone section. 

I am using original block and cable with the charger and am stumped on what it could be! Please can anyone help?

Hi ManHatton97. Hope you're doing well. Let's look to get this resolved. Is there any damage on the charge or phone? Is the software on your phone running up to date? You can check this in Settings >Software update.

Do you have a cover/case on the phone when you're using the wireless charger?

If so, have you tried charging the phone wirelessly while the cover/case is removed?
