Samsung Galaxy Note 3 unable to move apps from internal to 32gb sd card although only 343mb used on sd card. Any suggestions?

@cucola: The storage of applications and their associated data on Android devices is largely restricted to the internal memory. With this in mind I recommend moving any personal media to the SD card such as photos, videos and music, leaving more room to store your preferred apps internally.
