Samsung U Flex Sound Problem (Sound is no longer good)

Hi All

I bought Samsung U Flex 6 months ago and it worked without any problem till last month.

The problem is that the sound got gradually lower and lower. Even if I use it in at the full blast, I can hardly hear the music now 😕

Is there anyone experiencing the same problem or anyone with a suggestion.

I use U-flex with my Iphobe 7 plus and laptop computer.

Did you manage to get this sorted out? Have you checked the earpieces for blockages of any kind?

Hi Chris,

yes i have checked the earpieces, nothing seems to be wrong. I couldnt sort it out. The sound is still too weak
