I just bought a folio style case and now the S PEN doesn't work when in the case, but works perfectly fine it is not in the case

I also got a case and keeps telling me i have no s pen in the phone when i have. Also it keeps putting s pen widget on my screen when case is closed. I have a similar case.
No problems when not in the case thou.
Is it because of the cheap cases?
