Note 8 S Pen Responsive Issue

I bought the Note 8.  The S Pen has a problem with its responsiveness  when using it. Its very glitchy and doesn't register the light writting or light touch. With a bit of force no problem and this shouldn't be as I used several earlier Notes before without any responsive problems with the S Pen! 

I tried the following without solving the problem: 

1. Changed several tips.

2. Factory reset.

Can somebody help me with this specific problem?

Are there any relevant settings for the pen in the phone you could look at ?

A Samsung service location or Samsung Experience Store can run a diagnostic on the devices for you.

There are no settings to adjust the sensitivity of the S Pen.
