I am having an issue with both my 360 cameras I cannot seemed to take pictures with them. even when changing the SD card it still wouldn't allow me to see the pictures neither in the apps gallery nor the phone's gallery. every time i click on the gallery in the app it keeps crashing. I have deleted the app and reset my phone and reset the devices with no success at all. Is there any way to solve this issue? Please help.

Ps. I am using a note 10 plus.

They will work on "older phones" ie S6 /7 /S8. & Edge.
The New S9 and above do not support.
You may find with now S6/7/ 8 that then they should work.
Also by pressing the 360 tripod camera 📷 then this will also take pictures.
Also make sure the sd card is formatted.

I have the same problem and also using a Note 10 plus. So probably the phone is not supported
