Hello, in both my Samsung tvs youtube app started crashing today. When I try to open the app, in 1 second it crashes and Tv displays a notification as “Error: Network error occurred “

I’ve tried deleting and installing the app it didnt work. Any solutions to that error?

50AU8000 and 65NU7100 are my tvs

<video-js data-video-id="6364352568112" data-account="6136710676001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)

To troubleshoot the issue, please try powering off your TV > Unplug it at the wall > Unplug your router for 30 seconds, plug it back in, then wait for the calibration process to complete > Plug your TV back in and power back on. If you check YouTube again, does the problem persist?

Hey Andrew, other apps are not affected, they work fine, just youtube app in both tvs. I have done the unplugging router and tv, didnt work. I read that it might be date/time issue, checked them and they are correct. Tried adding dns settings, and deleting network settings and reconnecting to wifi from start, both didnt work. One of the tvs is connected to internet via lan cable btw. My region is Turkiye, sometimes some apps get banned here i thought about that but I can reach youtube on mobile and my computer.

Are you using a VPN or even an Ad Block such as AdGuard on your router? That might be causing it to crash it. My Discovery Plus app was crashing recently and I discovered it was my WiFi repeater router with AdGuard enabled that was causing the issue.
