Hi, we just bought a Neo 8k. It worked for 15 minutes, then suddenly it switch of and then on and then off, continuing like that. We tried to disconnect everything and then restart, but still the same problem. When you switch on it start to light up som background light and then it goes back t black, continuing like that. Any on that had the same problem?

I think it high time everyone stay away from the 8k 700 models. They have been a problem since last years Q700 to this years QN700. If we consumer's stay away maybe samsung will stop using crappy 3rd party cheap Chinese screens in their tvs

Same issue here. Turns off by itself, then back on and repeats cycle? 13 month old $3000 tv and this is *****. Have rung service who said someone would ring to book a repair 3 days ago. No call.

I've got my second 8k neo qled I had the 2021 qn800 which died in 2023 John Lewis tried to fob me off with a 4k alternative because they couldn't fix it and that went against the insurance policy of an equivalent swap so I threatened them with a letter from my solicitor and they gave me the value back to buy a new TV. I bought the 2023 qn800 in October and the screen has already died on me only three months later. John Lewis want to send someone to repair it but I said I should be entitled to a new TV, a £4000 TV breaking 3 months after purchase is not ok. I'm begining to see a lot of these 8k TVs are faulty.

I just bought this teli, yesterday has arrived and when I turned it on started the update the teli just started to turn on and off .

Restarted multiple times and the problem still there. I'm very disappointed, tomorrow taking it back and will samsung forget forever.

Will not buy a Samsung tv again its that simple, LG have a better interface last longer, Samsung don't want to know, poor.
