I’d like to listen to music through the bluetooth connection while on ambient mode, but it automatically switches to music wall. Does anyone know how to turn music wall off to allow this? Many thanks! #musicwall #ambient

The same exact thing has been happening to me for about a year. It wasn’t a problem at first, but it’s getting to the point where I’m considering getting a different tv from a different brand. They need to fix that. I wish I knew how to help. Sorry man.

Go to the above link. Then go to the TV’s Settings-General-SmartFeatures and instead of adding a device you need to TURN OFF BOTH Autorun Smart Hub and Autorun Last App.

I have this several times, turned TV off/on to update, but no resolve. I want to get rid of the nuisance music wall - please provide resolution..

Music Wall kept launching itself for me. I tried turning off the Autoruns but that didn't help.

I noticed there was a notification for a Bluetooth device and so I unpaired that Bluetooth device and that did the trick for me.
