      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a samsung tv ( model QE65QN85AATXXC ). I can't find the Cosmote Tv app. According to Cosmote this app is supported by the models after 2019. They do appear to be based in Greece, which supports my theory that the app may not be available in your region.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Christo,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We face exactly the same problem, with our new Samsung TV. And what a coincidence, we also live in Sweden :-).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you manage to find a solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently bought a new router, so what I am going to try is to setup a VPN on the router, connect to a Greece server so we get&amp;nbsp; a Greek IP and then try to see if the Cosmote app will appear as available. As soon as I contact the experiment, I will post here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here’s the &lt;SPAN&gt;fortunately, Samsung locks apps from other countries. For it to work, the TV must be reset and Greece selected as the country. Then the Greek apps will be available. To do this, I’m adding the steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Close Smart Hub (App Store must not be open).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Go to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings → Support → Self Diagnosis → Reset Smart Hub (PIN default: 0000).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. After reset, follow the Smart Hub setup wizard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. When you reach “Terms &amp;amp; Conditions / Privacy Policy,” press:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mute → Volume Up → Channel Up → Mute.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Select your desired country and finish setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
