Picture of connection panels - QE75Q60D

Fixed TV to wall today... now cant see connection panel and can't find a photo online to enable me to connect devices via cable.

Its much too heavy to lift and remove to take a look, and probably damage it in the process, thus the request if anybody out there has photos or a diagram / description of where and what the connects are.

@Tamste: If you take a look at the Installation Guide via the link below, then this features a diagram of the input ports on the back of your TV.

Thank you for replying Andrew, and yes it helps, but only partially.

Unfortunately it doesn't give me all the information I need. This just lists the type of connectors, but not the number or their location. It also misses out the satellite/cable antenna point.

As the TV is fixed to the wall, I really need the type and order for the whole connection panel from top to bottom, as I will be fitting by touch only. Pity manufacturers don't include this in the manual anymore.
