      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a frame 2024 and 2 music Frames I used as speakers using Q-Symphony for a month now ; they are connected on their own WiFi Network that I created just for the 3 devices.Though, not perfect, this solution is elegant and works well, I quite like the sound I get in my Living room.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday received a notification from the TV saying there was a new update that improves Q-Symphony, so I did. And I really regret it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TV stills sees my 2 music and enable me to connect to them via or the other as the default output via WiFi, Q-Symphony is grayed out, and I can't chose it anymore as the output from the TV or even configure it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had this issue ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’d try factory resetting the TV first; it’ll be what Samsung support will suggest. It’s a pain but it does sometimes fix problems after a firmware update and is worth a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. I have the same setup (two music frames and one frame 2024) and the Q-symphony does not work anymore after an update. When it did work the sound was also distorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have connected the music frames to the TV with the bluetooth option and that works better. But with bluetooth there is another issue, the sound gets delayed from one speaker every now and then, making it echo in my room.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the hardware-quality is really great, but the software is so bad that I am thinking of sending back the devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No response from samsung.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I removed and reconnected the wifi on the speakers to the tv and now q-symphony can connect again. But the audio is really bad with q-symphony. It is actually unusable with q-symphony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the Bluetooth option to get better audio, the echo/delay issue is still present with Bluetooth though. If the Bluetooth option was working I would be happy with that at this point..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
