I own a SamsungUE40H5500 40" Smart TV, bought in 2015. It was re-boxed and stored for several years as it wasn't needed. Now, after setting it up again, the pre-installed web browser app is not functioning correctly, displaying a white screen when attempting to access websites. Despite performing a system and Smart Hub reset and checking for updates, the issue persists. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi JAMES4578 I've not got an aerial connected. iPlayer and YouTube work ok so the internet connection should be fine. The update states "There are no new updates for you at the moment" tried your other suggestions but to no avail. thanks for the link I'll check it out.
